      HORRIBLE BANK! HORRIBLE! I PAID ($40.00) FOR A SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX (2022 - 2023) AN ENTIRE 1 /2 YEAR HAS PASSED. I HAVE NEVER BEEN GIVEN A KEY TO THE SAFETY DEP. BOX, I HAVE CALLED, SENT CERTIFIED LETTERS, NOTHING! I HAVE CONTACTED THE FDIC ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE BANK & NOTHING! NOW THEY ARE IN RECEIVERSHIP OR MERGING OR SOMETHING, AGAIN! THIS ORGANIZATION IS A TOTAL WASTE OF A SPACE & TOTAL MESS AS A BANK! I HAVE TRIED OVER & OVER TO COMMUNICATE VIA EMAIL, CERTIFIED LETTERS, PHONE CALLS & LEFT MESSAGES OVER & OVER. NOTHINNG! NO RESPONSE. NO CALL BACKS. NO LETTER RESPONSES! NOTHING AT ALL! IF THEY CANNOT PROVIDE ME WITH A USABLE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX & KEY (RANDOLPH, MASSACHUSETTS) THEN REFUND MY $40.00, ASAP!
