  I have had issues with Envision before so I probably should have closed my account years ago. Started with me disputing charges on my account. I proved that the company sent the wrong item, refused a refund even though I told them I’d send back the item if the provided a return label, and that the item was in fact listed as returnable with no fees. Since the company said they would return the item if I paid $180 (over twice what I paid to start with) the bank said they wouldn’t do anything. Now, I’m trying to open an account for my child. Called to get the information on what I need to bring and asked if I needed to make an appointment. The lady I spoke to gave me the information and said that I don’t need an appointment. I went to the bank THREE time to open an account. The first one they said they were closing in thirty minutes so they couldn’t help. The second they said that they would take copies of the information needed and call me to set up everything including a time to finalize paperwork. They never called. The third time, with me being the ONLY customer there, they tell me they can’t see me today and that no appointments were available at ANY store. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ll be finding a new credit union this week.

  Envision is a joke !!!! They don't even look over your paperwork for the loan application. They deny you right after you send it in. I'm moving to another branch!!! They don't care about they customers 😒
