      AWFUL!! The teller, Brianna REFUSED to process my simple currency exchange despite acknowledging I’ve been to this branch prior for withdrawals and am a long-standing shared branch member. She then publicly MOCKED me for poor vision when I asked her to help me see the small writing on the transaction slip. After which she promptly rejected the form I had completed, claiming she was unable to help me further because I did not open an account with Envision and she was unable to deposit my money.

      i have been trying to open an account with Envision. I did everything online that I was suppose to do and after a week, still, no one ever called me to complete the opening of the account. I called them and after waiting online for almost 30 minutes, I finally got a live person on the line. They said they seen where I applied for the account and they would have someone call me the next day. No one ever called. A few days after that, I called and waited on hold again and spoke with a lady and asked her if I could come in the bank and she said she would have someone call me. I contacted Envision three times trying to open an account with them and still no success.
