  Been about 20 years since I've bought a house again. Things are so different now vs then. Josh Grupe and his team at Envoy made my buying experience a very great & knowledgable experience. Their knowledge and expertise in credit and the market helped me understand and get my Mortgage loan. I truly appreciate how welcoming and comfortable they made me feel during this process. Had some curve balls thrown our way from the time our offer was accepted to having to close 3 days earlier... the Envoy team never gave up and went above and beyond to get me approved and meet the deadline. As stressful as it was at times during the process, their team was patient, understanding, cool/calm/collected, honest, and came through. Can't say enough. Thanks to Josh Grupe, Linda Kozak, and the many others behind the scenes that push hard to get me approved. Will definitely work with you guys again. Kudos!!!

  Joshua, Stef and the whole envoy team from Sheboygan are amazing. My first time buying a home and the experience went extremely smooth the whole process. Very helpful always there to help you with questions. Always advising you on what to do with the process and the future. They are truly amazing i would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a home. God bless them and there company.

  Wonderful experience by Jason Grubba and his assistant Stef. As a first time homeowner, I was nervous. But Envoy had routine and consistent communication, answered my questions clearly, and were available at most times of day. My whole mortgage process from start to finish took a month and was easy and smooth sailing.
