      I've been using this bank for 6 years. I have 2 business accounts and 2 personal accounts. They do an awesome job. I really like this companies banking app and website. Very user friendly. If you need a local bank, go here. Hope they build one in Lebanon sometime soon.

      The drive thru window service is painfully slow every time I go to the Myerstown branch. The tellers have all been nice except for the older lady that is usually on the drive thru. The service from the loan department I dealt with at the Blue Ball branch is very lacking as well. I didn't go through with the loan through them simply because if the lack of communication and willingness to be available to be helpful

      The institution does a great job handling the money for that 5 stars. The 3 stars is for the Bank Manager who i hope will be replaced or educated on what customer service is.
