  I just bought a car from Sam. I paid cash. There was a little bit of an issue with the paperwork, and collecting tax money. It was very easily corrected. Had there been no issues I would have easily given Epicity 5 stars. Sam and his staff never tried to avoid me, always answered my calls or text messsges in a relatively timely manner. This was a good experience for me. Thanks Sam It was nice doing business with you.

  This place is trash. I bought my daughter a car from there.. paid cash never received title. I text or call the girl that works in the office in Lilburn, Ga and she says it's coming and they will let me know when it's sent. She avoids my texts also because she reads them as you can clearly see with and iphone. Sam the owner supposedly.. told me that my title had to come from Indiana and that I should have it by the end of last week. Still no title. I call him, he says he will call right back ...never did. So I texted him twice and no reply. smh... I called him today and no answer. Straight trash. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau, you better believe it. I hate people wasting my time and I definately hate a liar. I will also be taking them to small claims court, even if i don't get the results or my title. I will waste their time like they wasted time. Now I have to find other means of getting my title. DONT GO HERE!!! TRASH !!

  I've had my Acura TL for more than 5 years now. I received a great payment and was able to pay it off in 2 1/2 years!!! Sam was great from beginning to end. He holds his end of the bargain. Any and every problem I noticed or was known previously about the vehicle was fixed before I drove the vehicle home. I loove my car until this day. I have all good to say about Sam and his business practices, I would definitely recommend. ~Very satisfied customer
