Our first lender’s program was cancelled by its bank and it was an urgent situation to find a new lender. I found Equinox via a DuckDuckGo search and Kevin and Melissa resolved the situation professionally. The assistance from Kevin Fabian from the very first phone call was steady, prompt, and terrific. Melissa Morales was our loan processor and helped us close the loan and overcame some obstacles. They both worked diligently on the loan, were informative at every step and came through for the closing. I would definitely recommend them both to friends. 5 stars.
