(PLEASE READ EVERYTHING) My initial experience was great, then Amber Miller got promoted to being a loan assistant then things went down hill. I was on the Ecu drafting system mind you I have never missed a payment in my two years always in time, so recently I changed banks which I notified them and changed all account information including a dropbox payment still on time I was removed from the drafting system and told I had serveral nsf payments which I haven’t and the reason that was was because the system couldn’t pull the again the same money I had already paid. The only reason they got one star is because the previous loan assistant Julie Gardner is an absolute God send.
