      Nobody seems to know how to do their jobs here. Had a fraudulent charge go through that clearly wasn’t from my wife or I. Did everything they said to do, including filing a report with the bank and the WPD. It has been over 2 months and they still haven’t resolved the issue. They keep giving us the run-around instead of actually doing their jobs. They’ve asked for the affidavit of forgery and emails from our communication with WPD. Gave them both to them and now a couple months later they say there’s an additional form that needs filled out. The free ATM is cool, but not worth the headache.
