I went to the bank on July 6, 2017 at around 9am. I went to get a form notarized for a second time, the first time it was not done correctly (by another bank). I told the notary (middle aged white lady with a grey wrist guard) specifically what needs to be done, and made it clear that this form needs to be done a specific way with much regard into how it is done. She showed little regard in what I told her, and filled the form out almost entirely incorrectly, and did not offer to white it out or reprint it. She then was rude and excessive about the quality of my ID pictures. My employer will not accept this form. Waste of 5 dollars, time and energy. She obviously did not respect me, likely because I'm a young impoverished man.
