BEWARE. I had a great experience with my home loan with Will Ritter, so I decided to keep my checking account that I used to complete that transaction open with Equity, even though I didn't use it. Then I was charged several fees one month that totaled $60. They said they sent me a letter letting me know this account was not free anymore, so they wouldn't refund my charges. So I closed my account with them. I feel screwed over and victimized.
