      My refi with this company was nothing less than an absolutely horrible experience. Our point of contact seemed incompetent and lost and he blamed everything and anybody for delays. We waited 7 months before saying enough already! My financial advisor who recommended this company just got an earful from me. If you decide to do business with Equity go with caution here and beware for a very long and tedious ride.

      Saying that Ed Vescovi was great is an understatement. Being a first time home buyer he was so helpful, patient, and easy to work with. He was ALWAYS available!
