      Terrible experience with Greg Gervason associated with AMC equity. Used comps from non similar homes from 2020 for sale of property in 2022. Refused to use recent comps and make adjustments when provided with the correct data. Cost us so money in the process. Stay miles away from this company. Similar experiences recorded by so many people but they don't make any change.
