      We had a wonderful experience working with Shawn. He was always available and willing to provide us with whatever documentation was needed during our home buying process. At one point, we were looking at homes on a Saturday and needed to put in an offer by end of day- we texted Shawn and he sent our letter to us and our realtor WITHIN MINUTES. He also took the time to talk through any questions that we had after we were under contract, including explaining the details of our loan multiple times. He keeps us updated throughout our closing process so there were no surprises. He also joined us during our closing appointment in case we had any last-minute questions as we were signing the paperwork. He made the entire experience very easy.
