      We, my wife and I, have known Ian for over 8 years. We were introduced via USAA when we came to Leesburg to look for a home. He worked with us until Ian found the very right house, we would call home for the next 8 years. When, recently it be came necessary to move close to our children, we called upon Ian again. He guided us on the minor repairs and priced our house based, not on “pipe dreams”, but real world value. With his guidance we sold our home in 3 days, over asking. We can’t thank Ian Drummond enough.
