  Elizabeth and all the staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Whenever we had a question Elizabeth responded promptly and never made us feel like we were wasting her time. I feel ERES Mortgage had our best interest at heart.

  Elizabeth Montes was the broker for the buyer of one of my listings. She made several errors at the close of escrow causing the buyer to lose their rate lock and almost lose their deposit as the property closed several days late. She then proceeded to send several profane emails trying to blame other for her mistakes. She is incompetent and in the end using her will cost you money.

  1st of all our client did NOT lose their rate. I would NEVER allow that to happen. His escrow company did not know how to work with UWM and fund our loan. It took her 3 days to fund, so yes we were going to lose rate. I had to cut my commission by $978 to keep our clients rate due to escrow errors. I NEVER used profane emails, he used profaned emails and called our office screaming cursing myself and processor. I went ahead and forwarded all emails to the board. His own board of Realtors wanted me to file complaint. They could not believe the profanity he used in emails. If anyone knows me, I would never cost my clients more money, nor will they ever lose their rate. I will make zero before this happens. I don't know why he got so upset when I was addressing his escrow for being incompetent. On another note, Sean cost our borrower money because he scheduled appraisal when property had no smoke detectors, no carbon monoxide, and water heater not double strapped. Rule 1 of being a listing agent is to check for those items. My Realtor, Jorge advise him and still he did not comply.

  Elizabeth and her team really go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of.
