  Fed was awesome. He helped us from the start broke down everything we needed to understand our process of buying a home. Just make sure you have your ducks in a row before working with anyone b/c it will make your life and your lender's life easier. If you don't have much, these guys will work with you. Again, Fed was awesome so if you can work with him, I suggest you do!

  Dean and his team are amazing. We first tried to work with other recommended lenders for our unique purchasing situation, but they either didn’t know what to do, made it too complicated, or just didn’t want to take us on. Then Dean and Synergy entered the fray and came up big. They gave great direction to what we needed to do, gave us confidence in the process and made everything as breezy as home buying possibly could be. They were a joy to work with!
