      Eric Plese has the best insurance business in all of NY. You can tell how much the staff care about their clients. Their attention to detail is impeccable. I would recommend doing business with Eric to anyone. His State Farm office is top notch.

      Not sure where the other reviewer went to get their car insurance, but State Farm has been giving my wife and I the run-around for months. In October of last year, I randomly decided (for fun mostly) to see how much Geico would charge for the same insurance plan/benefits we were getting from State Farm. Well, would you believe that Geico really CAN save you 15%? Yeah, me neither. Guess how shocked I was to see a nearly FIFTY % savings between the two companies? I jumped ship after 4 years with State Farm. I was happy to be done with them after the bureaucratic nightmare which began with our switch. First, we had to get a document from Geico to prove we had new insurance (Geico refutes that we needed this but supplied it easily nonetheless when I described it for them.) Ultimately, the process created a problem for my wife and I come registration time also; when we found out State Farm had our insurance flagged by the DMV. This forced us to yet again get more paperwork. Then we also STILL got charged for our October bill. I've repeatedly called this office and asked to have my money refunded to my account, but it seems like this agency would rather force me to seek remuneration through legal action. I'm sure this is all meant as a barrier for me to discourage me from seeking the refund - or maybe I'll forget about it. Either way, save yourself time and money: avoid State Farm if you like time OR money.
