      I don't know what's up with the negative reviews. They have always offered me average to above average banking services and walk me through every step of the way. They have helped with unknown transactions, with small personal loans, transaction disputes, and used a face to face touch every step of the way. 5 stars as far as modern banking goes!

      THE MOST LAZY PEOPLE IN THE WORLD AT THIS BRANCH. WENT FRIDAY TO PAY SOMETHING SO I CAN A NEW PAYMENT 24HRS LATER AND THEY NEVER PUT IT THROUGH. AND TO TOP IT OFF WAS A LOAN PAYMENT. NEVER USE THIS BRANCH DOWNTOWN THEY NEED A REVAMP ON EMPLOYEES. AND NOW YOU KNOW WHY THEY ONLY RATED 3.0 NOT 5.0
