      Pawned John Wayne 45 new Ruger revolver for 400 Made payment on it. Been in there 3 times. Went to pick it up and they tell me on a CARD this is 3 percent charge. Bring cash and no 3 percent charge. I was never told this by staff and 12 bucks later I was charged for NOT bringing CASH. I have a sked to keep and paid it. Called back trying to reverse this. They refused saying I'll split it with you. 12 dollars and they lose a whole family of customers. Wow....12 dollars and lost a customer. They admitted fault and will not make it right.....This is greed..... confirmed for sure......

      Hi Carolyn, we're sorry to lose your business over a $12.84 charge. We do have a sign posted that we charge 3% on cards when used for a pawn redemption transaction. Before we ran the card, we informed your husband that there would be a 3% charge on a card. We gave your husband the opportunity to get cash before the transaction was made. We had also given him the opportunity to bring cash after the transaction was completed and we would refund the card. Some pawn shops don't even accept cards for pawn redemptions.
