      The woman that I spoke on the phone with today was Anita, and she was absolutely wonderful. She knew exactly how to take care of my issue without hesitation, I didn't have to repeat myself and she knew what she was doing. I smell promotion in the air

      Mortgage is a joke! Can't tell how much a customer has contributed to their own escrow. Talked 3 different people and got 3 different numbers. ES&L your days are numbered!!!!! If I could eviscerate you like you have done to me the last 3 days I most certainly would! Say good bye to my whole family and members along w/ my co-workers! They've all seen what you've done!!!!!
