      They have been very helpful I have my car loan through them and have no issues paying with them. We decided to switch banks to one closer to us for various reason and decided on ESSA. The workers we came in contact were very helpful and guided us through. Even stayed a little late when they closed to finish what we were doing!

      We have an auto loan with them and we don’t receive statements from them. And never received any statements. We have no idea when is due dates no balance information in paper format. We pay more then regular payments pay on time and then they report that we late. This bank is the worst. We will never do business with them again.

      to many issues to list. Long story short at one point they applied auto payments to an account that made it go in the rears. They can never be contacted when needed on phone. Overall just poor customer service.
