      Paid back two five-year term loans in full and never missed a payment. An auto dealer sent a payoff check later than expected and they charged a late fee and refused to not let it affect my personal credit. The customer service woman Kimberly Miller was nasty and unprofessional when I called about it. Will never do business with this bank again and I suggest other businesses use First National Bank of PA. Great people. Especially the Clarks Summit and Dickson City branch.
