The bank is great, the mortgage department is a joke, they have no direct way to contact them. A ticket has to be put in and then you wait.

This bank literally told me today that they could not tell me if I had a deposit pending. What kind of bank cant tell you that info? Every bank I've had has done that. So glad I got another bank.
