      The worse customer service in history! Even the manager was grossly rude. If there was another financial institution I would go there rather than this location because eww! I was literally shaking because I wanted to say more than a complaint but that would solve nothing. They all need to be coached or fired because it’s not a good look at all. If you aren’t happy working at Essex please do everyone a favor and leave. That manager should know better and does not! YUCK 🤢
