      This was the third mortgage company we spoke to. My husband and I were applying for a VA loan and pretty much got ghosted with the first two companies whenever we had questions. My realtor told me about Laurie Ernst and we decided to put a loan application in because we weren't getting anywhere with anyone else. She was always there to answer questions and make things more comfortable and clear. She would work with our schedules and even set up phone meetings since we were out of state. She would consistently check in with us and gave us a clear understanding of what will happen next. We were a first time buyer and she really put us at ease. We adore Laurie and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a loan officer.
