I will never forget the way the loan officer there treated me last year, and looked down on me, like I was just some broke single mom who had no business buying a place. And they stalled me for MONTHS dangling the possible approval in front of me, like they enjoyed persecuting people. They even told my boss at work that they must have been lying on my income because it "didn't sound right", they violated my privacy in many ways, asking for my child father's age, hinting he may not live long enough to keep paying child support! They were looking for all and any reason to deny me! Loan steering! Finally got my condo through a great company across the lake...Eureka just wasted my time and caused me severe stress!
