      Poor customer service, called ahead to pick up items, items were not available when I arrived. While I waited I actually heard a clerk tell a customer she would get faster service at another branch, that this branch was SO busy. Most of the time that I waited he was the only one helping at the counter consistently. The clerk who did assist me did tell me that when you call and talk too someone, they do not communicate with other branches about customer needs... so why did I call in advance.....

      I have done business on several occasions with this particular branch, and I have always been more than satisfied with their service. The staff is always smiling and attentative to your needs, and if you are looking for a loan they have you an answer in minutes. My only complaint would be they need to open a branch around Madisonville Ky.
