      Staff is rude. They don't know what they're talking about half the time. They've given me wrong information multiple times. They've screwed up my accounts multiple times. Then somehow found a way to blame it on me. Rude. No customer service whatsoever. Don't go before they're about to close cause they will act like you've asked them to do something major. Don't take a check to be cashed if it's not a ETFCU check, they'll tell you they can't do it. About to move all my business elsewhere!
