      ​I have closed 4 transactions with Eve and have to say - she is an amazing agent. ​When the seller market was at its top she expertly priced the properties and navigated multiple offers to get the top dollar. When the market froze due to interest rate hikes, huge property tax increases and the influx of properties on the market Eve was able to do the same - 2 more sales at great prices. She watches your deal as a hawk, ensuring everything falls into place on schedule. Eve's dedication to her clients is incredible. Even when she was on vacation and was spending dedicated family time she got back to me quickly and gave an eta on when things would get done.​ I worked with many real estate professionals in 3 states and internationally and have to say that Eve is my favorite broker.

      Our dad passed away and we had to handle his estate from another state. Eve stepped in and took care of selling the house, even stopping by every other day to make sure that the property was secure. She went above and beyond to make our sale successful. We couldn't have done this without her!
