      Absolutely no heart. Horrible company. I'm 90% paid through with my loan. I just found out my Mom is dying and asked them to please delay the next payment a few days. And they couldn't and wouldn't do it. 3 payments left, never asked to cancel the remaining balance. Just to delay the next payment. No heart, no soul. Never again.
