      As a first time home buyer i worked with Michael Caggiano of Everett Bank. If you're not working with him for your loan then start now because he is the best in the business. Mike would answer all my questions which were a lot and explain everything to me in a way i would understand. Mike is someone who is all about Customer Service and not about himself and he showed this as he was available whenever i had to reach out to him including weekends. I want to thank Mike for all his help and time and making my home buying process a great experience.

      Been a customer there for atleast 17 years, but I'm out of there. Incompetent ppl the manager I spoke to today trying to speak to me like I dont understand what I am talking about. Had to speak to 2 others no one could help. Last time I checked customer is always right. I am out of there will not do business with them ever again. I dont understand why work with people if your customer service skills are horrible. Smh.
