  I drive past this bank every day and for the past couple months now their clock on their sign has been 1 hour behind since the last daylight savings time change. It's not a good look. If they can't be bothered to fix the time on a clock outside, who knows what other mistakes they won't bother to fix. In a few weeks we will have daylight savings time change again and the time should be correct, but still, it makes them look incompetent.

  Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. The clock has been functioning intermittently. It has now been disconnected until the replacement parts can be installed to complete the repair.

  My Auto loan was transferred to this company and the email information they received from the prior loan company was entered wrong into Evergreens system, making it so I could not access my account online. I’m in Texas so going into the location to resolve this would be a task. I was also unaware of the loan transfer as I had recently moved and didn’t receive the mailings they say they sent. I never received a phone call, email or letter in the mail of anything. The original load company apparently didn’t send my proof of insurance, so Evergreen placed a fee of over $9000 now added to my principle loan amount. I have talked with their loan specialist who gave me an email address to send over my documents showing continuous proof of insurance. I have sent it two times in the past couple of weeks as have my insurance company with zero reply or status update. Today I received my first communication from them, which was a bill that contained, you guessed it, another fee for not having proof of insurance. At this point I don’t know what to do to get answers. I have all the proper documentation just no one is listening or seems to care. Jonathan
