  To add to what this place has done to people, I'm getting calls from them while I'm in a different state and didn't even know this place existed. I also don't have any debt what so ever, I hardly go to the convince store.

  This place is absolutely ridiculous to work with. Literally the most inconsiderate company I’ve ever worked with in regards to debt and making payments. First of all my debt was sent in here IN THE MIDDLE of making a payment plan with the hospital, when I communicated that with them they told me too bad. Been paying on time for over 3 years, Miss one payment due to my kids absent father no longer helping with the medical bills and all of a sudden I have to pay in full or be garnished. They lady I last talked with told me I didn’t need to change my payment date because I was paying within the grace period. Don’t listen if they tell you this because I’m now being garnished because my payment was a day late due to it being the weekend and my payment not processing on a Friday. My bad, didn’t realize it was my job to process payments. So I’m stuck being garnished for THEIR mistake. Will never go to a hospital associated with this company again, I’d rather transfer to somewhere I know will help me financially and not throw me under the buss to a slum dog debt collector. Not to mention, I flat out asked the lady I talked with last month if I happened to be late would they garnish me, she she told me NO. This company lies in order to get its payment, not trustworthy at all.
