  I originally requested a refinance from my current (idaho housing). After filling out the information, I was contacted by Donald Cansino from Evergreen. After running my credit and doing some initial paperwork, I failed to hear back from Donald for about a month. He wouldn't return my messages, texts, voicemails, emails, nothing. I called to complain and was switched to a man named Jake... another loan officer. The new loan officer seemed to be much better. I got him any additional information he needed, and then didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out to him and left him messages as well as sent him some text messages and never got a response. I did get a text back saying that he was in a meeting and would call me back later on about my 10th try. That was on November 12. Today is December 12. I started this process over 4 months ago. After I could get ahold of Jake, I reached out to another Bank and I sign next week with the new bank. This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional and I will definitely relay my concerns to Idaho Housing so that they can have a full disclosure and stop referring people to this terrible bank. I would not recommend this place at all. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with from a bank. Update: today, Christina called me to discuss everything that I dealt with. While this doesn't change anything that I have dealt with, it does give me a little bit of hope that maybe some changes will be made internally to prevent this. She was very understanding and regretful that I had the experience that I did. She said she was even glad that I wrote a bad review because that made her aware of the issue so that it can be fixed. Hopefully things do change and someone else in the future doesn't have to deal with the customer service that I did and I commend Christina for reaching out and escalating this internally.

  After owning a few homes I can say that Evergreen Home Loans is the first company that I was completely satisfied with. Donald Cansino was our repressive and he was always polite, professional and prompt!
