  Daniel and his team were awesome! They communicated well and kept us informed every step of the way. The online portal was easy to navigate. The overall process was a 10/10 and I will definitely be referring friends and family.

  Wish I could leave 0 stars. Unfortunately was referred to this place by the builder we wanted to work with. We received horrible customer service from their agent Shawna Hanson, who was admittedly nice at first and kept promising closing dates but then all of a sudden stopped updating/replying to us and it was almost like pulling teeth to get an update from her. She then referred me to her “branch manager” and said she was going to contact us……and then it all made sense why the agent’s customer service was nonexistent since the managers was even worse! She didn’t reach out once, we had to reach out to her multiple times. And also no response. I am fine with things going wrong, so if they would have just communicated with us and said they did everything they could but couldn’t make it work, that would have been fine! But the total lack of communication was very poor. We just gave up with them. Don’t waste your time! We were working with great credit and took a ding on this inquiry for NO REASON!

  Since the very beginning when my wife and I first met Daniel Garza the interaction was AWESOME! We were looking into buying our first home as a CalFHA buyer. Daniel treated my wife and I as people and with respect. He is very professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable at what he does. Daniel was very passionate on trying to help us in every way possible by giving us all the many scenarios that could possibly happen. Throughout the WHOLE home buying experience with our many many questions, calls, texts to Daniel, he never hesitated to our questions and always told us " he is here to help always." Now after a few months of looking for that home we wanted we finally closed and received our keys to our new home! What a great first time home buying experience this was. We highly recommend Daniel Garza to anyone wether it's your first time or not to speak to Daniel. Thanks again to you Daniel and your assistant Bailey and everyone at Evergreen Home Loans for making this happen. 10 STARS out of 5!!!
