  Cindy Miller, with Evergreen Home Loans Gig Harbor, exceeded my expectations on a recent transaction that I was working with out of state buyers with a closing on July 5th...having a closing the day after a major holiday is difficult to coordinate with disclosure timing, balancing with the title/escrow company, notary delivery of signed closing paperwork that has to be sent via FedEx and funding. Cindy laid out a plan on day one to make sure we hit our closing date with a smooth funding and closing. She cares about her clients and is very communicative throughout the process...I can't wait to work with Cindy again!
