  Working with Andrew was a pleasure! He was a very clear communicator and took the time to make sure I understood the process of buying a home and all the details of the loan approval procedure. He also made sure we stayed on top of things and gave kind reminders.

  Andrew, despite being based in Oregon didn't know how Oregon property tax works. There were several "issues" that Andrew would call me about and allude to trouble getting the loan. Many of these "issues" were easily dispelled with basic due diligence. Spend some time figuring out or understanding the problem before you come to the customer with it. Definitely don't call on a Friday afternoon and intimate that the loan won't go through and there will be no way of knowing until businesses open the next week. Only for the "problem" to be a non-issue caused by Evergreen staff not looking in-depth enough at the documents they have.
