  The very worst experience I have ever had. Mike Thornton is misleading and deceptive. I was trying to go with Mike Thornton to buy a home. He lied to me about things that need to be done to the home before I could get approved. He kept telling me that the house was not financiable. I had turned in all the paperwork that he requested to have him turnaround and go behind my back and offer a cash offer to the home owner that I was working with. This home was a private sale and was not on the market. I would like every one in Okanogan County to know how underhanded Mike Thornton is.

  House refinanced - BOOM! Evergreen Home Loans in Omak made the process fluid. Information shared quickly, the "WHO "to send to was clear, all done virtually! Cell and home phone calls,Text and emails managed it all quickly! Closing with Title Company was all the personal contact required. That experience was wonderful, quick, and humorous. I feel like I have new friends. AMAZING group to work with!
