  My husband and I have had the privilege of working with Rene Randall and Chris Andrews on countless transactions - the first time was to buy a rental property, and most recently to purchase the home of our dreams. On all occasions, we ended up having extremely difficult, complicated and challenging transactions; however, Rene took these head on, walked us through every step with patience and care, and answered our millions of questions even if we asked them multiple times. Rene definitely has a wealth of knowledge about Nevada County, surrounding areas and the real estate market in general. We have always felt she was upfront and honest even if it meant we would end up losing a purchase. She was also great in sharing her experience and recommendations with us to ensure we had enough information to make the best decision we could. We felt well informed throughout the entire purchases and refinances at all times. She is extremely responsive to any and all questions you have and you can trust that she always has your best interests in mind. We truly felt that Rene prioritized our needs and desires first, and that always came above what was best for her. I know she even lost a little sleep over some of the complications we experienced on one of the home purchases. That truly shows her integrity, compassion and work ethics. She is flexible, hard working and she will always be in your corner supporting and even fighting for you. We send all of our friends and relatives to Evergreen home loans, they're the best ones around!!

  I hate to give this place a bad review. But this is now the 9th time I have been told I would be called back and still cant get answers from anyone. After I closed on the house my questions were no longer answered. Very nice people but pretty disappointed

  Rene and her team made it possible for me to get my dream house. I am super grateful to have found someone with a true dedication to helping people get homes.
