My experience with Penny Tracy was exceptional. If I could give her 100 stars I would. She's deserving. She's professional, very personable and comes with an enormous amount of experience. I was treated as a person that she cared about, not just a transaction. I feel like a gained a new friend. Penny's aggressive in a good way, a cute, gentle giant!😊. To get the job done, be straight with her, because she's going to be straight you. Have your ducks in a row and she will fight for you and ensure that you get that new home that you dream home. Lastly, I must say that all of those that work with her at Evolve were great in assisting me with my loan. I can't thank them enough! I recommend Penny Tracy and Evolve Bank & Trust to anyone thinking of purchasing a home.

Penny is an amazing load advisor she walked us through every step of our house buying experience she is available day and night and goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect I highly recommend her to anybody that is looking to close on their house or looking for a new property if I could give her 10 stars I would !
