  Steve Straub was a consummate knowledgeable professional who guided us through our mortgage every step of the way. He always returned our calls or texts and answered all questions. When there were technical difficulties, he made sure that they got resolved. He is a pleasure to work with. His assistant Melisa also made sure everything in the process was attended to. She was terrific as well.
