We had 21 days to close, and we were two days behind trying to lock in a better rate. Richard locked the rate for us the same day we reached out to him. He is amazing! We submitted our documents and he took care everything else for us. The whole closing process went very smooth and he did the best he can to make sure we close on time. Despite being behind for two days, we closed and got our key one day ahead of schedule. I would 100% recommend Richard and would come back to him for our second property.
