      It's been such a pain trying to close my account as they charge overdraft fees for almost anything. Also a pain you can't go in person and have to wait on the phone, should have switched long ago.

      Customer Service is bad. I don’t get paid till after 5pm when all other coworkers get paid at 2 AM. Lame. Couldn't help a brotha out. Smh
