      Yikes. Don't bank here. Things were great, service-wise, until I paid off my car loan and needed 3 documents proving I had done so. 2 weeks later, I still don't have all the documents I need, in spite of contacting 3 separate people, including the manager at the Peachtree Corners location, who is slow as molasses. I am so frustrated. They are going to cause me to lose a transaction for a vehicle that I have been trying to find for 8 months. Thanks so much, Excel!

      Certainly should've did my research befor joining. Everyone here knows nothing and needs to call you back, at which point you get a email from someone totally different! Most information you receive is in accurate, however they are quick to tell you about their policy and guidelines which I don't have a issue with just be truthful up front!
