  I work at safeway everyone buys food at safeway. I went to every bank in rohnert park to buy dimes for safeway we were completely out exchange bank was the only one whose teller was not only rude but told me unless I had an account she couldn't even sell .me one roll of dimes. Every other bank In the entire town of rohnert park sold me dimes because we are community and everyone needs us to be open except exchange bank.the lady was actually so rude it was gross.

This system ensures maximum security for our customers and employees. Branches will try to accommodate non-customer requests for change when feasible, but it's not always possible, and we are sorry it didn't work out today for you.   Have been a customer of Exchange bank for over 40 years...I try to patronize local and Exchange Bank is a winner! The people working there are great, service is great! The few times I have had a bit of a problem they stepped right up and fixed it! They are very civic minded....Cannot imagine using a different bank! Go Exchange Bank! No need to worry with aexchznge Bank!👏
