  Saddest excuse for banking. They literally wasted my entire afternoon, due to incompetence. Top job!

  I came to this bank to deposit a small amount of cash. After struggling to get the ATM at another location to deposit my cash, only for it to keep spitting it back out I decided to go through their drive-thru. I spent 20min in a line that didn't budge. They had one woman working the drive-thru and it didn't look like she had done anything while I was there. There were only 2 cars ahead of us when we started and those same cars were still waiting when we gave up. So we headed for the entrance. I managed to deposit my money in their ATM but thought maybe I should share with them the location of the non-functioning ATM. Inside I waited in line for 15 min when there was only one other customer and 5 or 6 employees working at there desks. I was the only one actually in line, but still had to wait 15 min. Finally I tried to step forward and get someone attention and was stopped after taking like 3 steps and told I had to go back in line. So I left. And I'm now switching banks....
