      The title company cut a check without authorization! Yolanda Thompson cut an unauthorized check to a broker who happens to be a friend of hers very unprofessional, and shady practices. Title co. is being sued for unethical, fraudulent activities.

      This title company is shady! I found duplicate charges and erroneous fees my lender never asked for in their instructions used to cushion executive land title's profits. When I brought these issues Up at the closing table, Yolanda Thompson, the closing agent who also claimed to be the "Vice President" outright refused to remove the fees although she could not substantiate they were legitimate. On top of that she refused to provide the owner's information so I could address the matter directly to him. She even went so far as to say she did not have his contact info...what?! Very shady, very unprofessional and very crooked practices!
