  I've bought 2 cars from Express. My daughter even bought one. There is know pressure know sale person chasing you in the parking lot. You tell them how much you have to put down and what you can afford and they do a soft credit report. They pick 2 or 3 cars for you to look at. It's just easy to by a car at Express

  Management was wonderful! But they need a better selection of cars. Everything I wanted they didn't want to give to me. I Will probably go back if I can pay more money down, for what I want, so that I can have a lower monthly payment. I'm still looking for that car especially for me. Everybody knows what they want, and don't want to be forced into something they want you to have. Other than that it was okay.

  The dealership is alright when your the customer it's after the sale when it goes down hill see you but a car here if you have credit issues so now that we established that criteria they expect you to be late on payments as it's 8dollats a day every day u late get five or so days late then bam ur car SUV truck won't start need to go to work to pay for urcar too bad figure something else out . Or pay and didn't think you can leave your car off till u have your payment cuz now it's been a week and your next payment is now due . If you've heard of the bbb then you should know that this company isn't just not a member but the BBB has revoked their membership so if u can buy any where else do that

  Hi Shawn! I am sorry that you have had a bad experience with your payments. However, if you call into the Account Management department, they will work with you to defer your payment. It is best to get ahead of late payments, as that department tries its best to make arrangements for you. Although, you do have to make your payments, just like any other bill, to keep your service. We do not want you to make your payments late. You are able to control when you make the payments, not us. Again, please call into our Account Management department on Tuesday, so that someone can help you with your account. We strive for excellence when helping our customers. If you run into any problems, please email [email protected]. "BBB Revoked License", is what the BBB calls it when a business is not a current member of the BBB. The BBB is a private for profit business that we chose to not be apart of. We prefer to handle any of our customer disputes ourselves, w/o a middle man.
