  0 stars. Cassie is right, these people are crooked liars who are out to make a buck at the expense others. Management's description of how nicely they offered to assist her was grossly exaggerated. Pawn shops are generally not places run by people who can be trusted, and this one tops the list of dishonest and virtuousless staff. The people that work here like to pat themselves on the back about how trustworthy they are, but it has been my experience that truthful people don't have to go around talking about how honest they are, because they just are. Extra Cash Gold & Pawn sure does work hard to convince everyone they are scrupulous....must be because they aren't. I have had my first and last bad experience with the liars of this trashy establishment.

  Letting someone use your cell phone to make threating phone calls is not a very adult or smart thing to do. The pawn industry provides a money lending service just like a bank. If you do not pay your car loan on time (or in the case of your friend's bike never pay) they will send someone to pick up the vehicle. Pawn shops do not do this we unfortunately have to try and recoup the money that was lent to the customer by selling the item. No one lied to you. No one broke the law. And in the future if your friend would like to find a new bike we would be glad to try and give him a discount on another bike.
